Studio Mugrace was founded in Cornaredo, in the province of Milan, in the mid Seventies by accountant Nicola Mugrace. Based on the considerable experienced gained in the main industries linked to the profession of Chartered Accountant, the firm has successfully combined the dynamic drive of young professionals, employees and associates, who have become part of the team over the years.
Today, our lead accountant, Nicola is flanked by his sons Alberto and Simone, both Chartered and Certified Accountants (Dottori Commercialisti) and External Auditors, who have energetically and enthusiastically taken up the challenge of embarking on a profession that has no equivalent in any other country, owing to the uniqueness of the Italian tax system.
Studio Mugrace’s client base is made up of medium and large companies, providing assistance in the fields of tax consulting, accounting and personnel management, company valuations, extraordinary operations, tax relief and tax litigation.
Keeping constantly up-to-date with legislative issues and in the area of information technology allows Studio Mugrace to provide a swift and professional response to the diverse requests raised by our clients on a daily basis.

We work together with notaries and lawyers specialised in company, labour and civil law, qualified to practice in the Court of Cassation in the field of tax law. We also work with labour consultants, experts in occupational health and safety and privacy and consultants in subsidised financial support.

AUSER Insieme – Cornaredo
Association for volunteering and social development, targeting people of all ages and cultures, dedicated to supporting social development and cohesion. AUSER focuses on the elderly, recognising their abilities, skills and experience and involving them in social activities.
FONDAZIONE AUDIOLOGICA VARESE Onlus
This association was approved on 14 November 2003 by the Lombardy Regional Authority (Regione Lombardia). Its aim is to support welfare activity, raise awareness of audio-vestibular science and stimulate research in the field of deafness and vestibular disease.
